"5 stars for these guys. Oscar came out to fix a clogged shower and toilet. He was on time, professional, and clean(which is important.) I called after hours on a Friday evening, it wasn't an emergency but needed to be fixed ASAP. The lady I spoke with on the phone was helpful and friendly. She said if I could wait until the following morning at 8:00am they could send a guy to my house and save me the emergency after hours fee. Oscar showed up at 800:am ready to work. He was informative, and didn't spend the entire time trying upsell me a bunch of services that I didn't need. He had the correct equipment for the job. His supervisor Nelson came out to make sure everything was going well, it was, Nelson and Oscar even used the camera down my drain and showed me my pipes with no extra charge and gave advice for future maintenance. MVP is now my forever plumbers for any and all plumbing issues. It was a great experience, Thank you Oscar and Nelson for the great work. Hopefully I wont need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do I will call them. Did I mention it cost me $33 for the drain service, It's probably a promotion but I've never had a plumber come out for anywhere near that price."

"Nicholas seems like the best when it comes to getting the multiple day plumbing repair job's done at my house. He's experienced, explains everything, he's friendly, informative, works hard & doesn't leave a mess. 😟 Unfortunately I've gotta add a little more after my tile guy showed up this morning looking at the adverse results the way the tiles were cut & chipped. He said that there's mold in the wood all around where the waterleak was & it's incredibly dangerous considering it's in my kitchen pantry. Wish the guy's told me about the mold BEFORE they sealed everything up & were leaving with a mold covered base board that fell apart on them. The young man who did the concrete didn't level it out or leave enough depth so the new tiles could be added without the pantry tiles being raised up higher than the rest of the kitchen tiles. I now have to have BOTH the side garage wall ripped out (because there's massive mold under the downstairs bathtub with a leak that MVP worked on & sealed up last year) Also must have pantry walls pulled out & mold removed as well. My tile guy is charging for having to level out the concrete so the tiles can be installed level, both in the pantry & with the kitchen floor. Unfortunately he went to numerous tile companies & Lowe's & Home Depot with no tile matches anywhere...not even online. Which means more $$ being thrown away because they have to purchase tiles for the pantry, kitchen & living room so they're all the same pattern & color. This entire MVP experience with both botched job's (paid in cash) 20 grand for 1st job & 7 grand just the other day have turned out to be devastating. Total ruin was left behind in my walls & has become ruinous to my 83 yr old mother who is on a fixed income & trusted MVP to do the right thing. Apparently it seems as though they wanted to get in, fix the issue, not care about leaving wet walls & water under the tub/on the wood & just sealed the detrimental mold growing/spreading behind walls without giving the mold growth & devastating outcome a second thought. Again, I was never told about the mold during or after the first job under my bathtub. With this most recent job, I was told after they were done & I was instructed to go to Home Depot for a spray bottle of mold rescue & "to scrub my walls really hard". Yeah, great advice now what about the mold MVP left behind on two separate occasions? How am I supposed to clean their mess up on the other side of the walls that they sealed?! In the open wall pic's you can clearly see (in the background) the 1st job they did with my tub & how there's mold everywhere around in there from it. I've got incredibly clear videos to share if it helps. The guy who was "in charge" showed up & had the nerve to tell my mother that she needs a new water heater & front yard pipe replacement for the garden hose AFTER she was talking about not being able to afford anything after the 7 grand she was going to pay them. Come on MVP at least finish a job correctly & most importantly leave a safe environment after your done. Maybe then, bring up side jobs that catch your attention."
