"⭐ $20,000 later… apparently “air conditioning” is optional. 🥵💸🔥 I had a nearly $20,000 HVAC system installed by Personal Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning LESS THAN A MONTH AGO. There were already aspects of the installation that fell short of what I was promised, but I chose to be reasonable and patient. Well, today it is approximately 100 degrees, and my very expensive, practically brand-new A/C system is not keeping my home cool. 🔥🥵 I currently have three grandchildren under the age of 2 in my care. 👶🏽👶🏽👶🏽 So we've officially moved beyond inconvenience and into a genuine concern about keeping three very young children safe and comfortable in extreme heat. I explained the situation through their AI chat system, including an audio message. 🤖🎤 I am cautiously optimistic that Personal Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning will recognize the urgency and get someone here quickly to get my grandchildren cool. Because when you spend nearly $20,000 on a new HVAC system, you really don't expect to need faith, patience, an AI chatbot and a Google review to get some cold air less than a month later. 🙃❄️💸 I will absolutely update this review based on their response. I'm sincerely hoping they turn this into a positive update by taking care of the problem promptly."

"I had an appointment for someone to come out. I thought it was gonna be someone that would fix the issue. Instead a person came out to give me an estimate. Disappointed but sounded reasonable. The person offered me 4 repair options from $1700 to $4400. I looked online and their prices were exorbitant. I called Oasis Plumbing and a plumber came out within minutes. He was knowledgeable and honest. He did the repair quickly and the charge was $200. Beware and get other plumbers opinions/options."

"For nearly an entire month, I had an outstanding experience with Personal Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Specifically with Eric (and Aiden who was there for a time at the start!). What started as one issue (I identified a slow leak in my water bill, that had been going on for about six months 😭) quickly turned into a major, unexpected project: my sewer needed lining, all of the in-house plumbing had to be redone with PEX piping, cast iron was replaced or lined, and my gas line required repair. Along the way, they also helped identify mold that required remediation and even recommended another company to handle that work (who has been just as professional to work with.). And before you start thinking I got taken into buying stuff I didn't need, I have pictures to prove the deterioration of the pipes in my 1940's home...I just couldn't see them under the house or behind the walls. Eric was with me every step of the way. He was incredibly responsive via text, always willing to stop by my house to walk me through things, and took the time to explain everything in clear, understandable terms. He shared what he would do if it were his own home and consistently demonstrated integrity, honesty, and genuine care. I always felt like I was in knowledgeable and trustworthy hands. This project was not something I anticipated this year, and it required using funds I had earmarked for something entirely different. Still, I have zero regrets. The quality of the work, the level of care, and the peace of mind I gained more than justified the cost. I’m forever grateful to Personal Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for helping me through what could have been an overwhelming and intrusive home nightmare. Thanks to them, it’s now something that’s finally circling the drain into my memories...so to speak (plumbing humor 😊)."
