"Initial support of troubleshooting the AC system was great and while it took longer than expected due to the AC OEM’s lack of availability on the weekends, the root cause was soon identified with a temporary workaround for AC in the meantime. The continuing rewiring of the system was clean and virtually non-invasive to interior walls with just a few exterior wall penetrations. The issue was resolved and the install team onsite was extremely courteous, tidy, and completed the job in one, somewhat long, day. I would strongly consider RKM for repeated service and support as needed."

"Refreshingly helpful and honest! Amy took my call. Wonderful, personable and helpful. I called Friday afternoon for my water heater. She got me an appointment the very next day, first thing. I was given an email and text reminder and a phone call with an arrival time along with a picture of my tech, Pablo, for security. Pablo was respectful, knowledgeable and very thorough. He found a tiny leak that was causing my pilot light to go out randomly due to tank failure. It turns out, my water heater is still under manufacture warranty. Pablo spoke with the rather unhelpful person from the warranty department and was able to help me get the correct info and pictures needed to start my claim. I would have been in deep trouble without him! They were trying to deny my claim! My claim is now being processed and I have booked a separate plumbing job with RKM to install a new p-trap in my shower because this is the kind of company that deserves my business. "Technician Corey came out today to provide maintenance service for the Central Air system. He was courteous and professional answering all of our questions. We needed to get a start assist device battery part replaced on a 10 year old system that has never been serviced. We also opted for a voltage protection/current controller to help protect the system from power just surging in. After he was done, the fan was very quiet compared to what it was. There was a grinding noise every start up before ,no more now. RKM, a Rinnai vendor, also did the heat exchanger replacement for the tankless water heater, a year ago, with Technician Emmanuel. He also did an excellent job. RKM is not the least expensive, but they do the job correctly. Sometimes that is better than the few dollars saved with another company. Thank you RKM and Corey!
