"Jorge was excellent and professional. Got the job done right, fast, and at exactly the right price. He was very honest as well, and it was an overall great experience."
"I called 2 other companies that quoted less, but those other companies never showed up, so Jerry and Ben helped me with the price and gave me a free shower cleaning. I am happy that Jerry took the time to walk me through the tankless flush and showed me how dirty the water was in the cleaning solution. I would recommend Rooter Hero and Jerry for going above and beyond to help me."
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rooter Hero Plumbing – Red Carpet Plumbing Service! From start to finish, Rooter Hero Plumbing delivered an exceptional and seamless experience! Their professional process made everything easy, and I was impressed to receive a detailed estimate within 24 hours—talk about efficient and organized! A HUGE shoutout to Jair Barillas, his outstanding workmanship and attention to detail truly went above and beyond. Hands down, I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly courteous and respectful throughout the job. He made the whole process feel effortless! Military Discount? Yes, please! As a military-supporting family, this extra touch did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated. The entire Rooter Hero Plumbing’s team was friendly, efficient, and top-notch. I’m beyond grateful and honestly smiling from ear to ear. They made a stressful plumbing issue feel like a walk on the red carpet! THANK YOU for setting the gold standard in service. You’ve earned a lifelong customer! Bravo, Rooter Hero Plumbing #PlumbingPros #RedCarpetService #MilitaryFriendly #ThankYouJair #GratefulClient"
"I have met so many passionate people in a long time. The service of this company is amazing, but the people are even more amazing. Mr Yony Vasquez was friendly and passionate at every moment. I am truly grateful. It was a pleasure to share the little food I had. I am truly grateful."
"Leo’s work shows a good quality. The length of work that was explained to me was to complete the construction within a week but it took two weeks because the city inspector request was not submitted right away. The price was pretty expensive. Since the Rooter Hero boss did not give me a choice for a second estimate I could not compare the price."
