Not only that, he diagnosed the issue just as fast and was able to give our landlord very clear and easy instructions on how to fix it long term and keep the AC healthy. He was kind and thoughtful and thorough, staying a little longer than necessary to just to keep checking that the temperature was in fact cooling down and the air was still running well.
