"Team Rooter Plumbing has been our plumbers for about 10 years. Recently they gave us a really good price to re-pipe our entire house with copper piping. We've been putting off this project for a long time however due to the good price we decided to go for it. I was really impressed with their prep: floor coverings and plastic draping to contain the dust and protect furniture. They told me it would take several days however they brought a huge team and got it done in one day. Unfortunately their supplier gave them recalled pipes and they had to redo the job the following weekend. I give them a lot of credit because I may never found out until it was too late years down the road however they did the right thing and redid the job with no additional cost to me. They do give a good warranty on their work. Also, the team that came the next day to drywall and close the holes in the walls did a fantastic job too - they left the house better than it was before they came because we had some holes that were really rough patched and they smothed them over. I give all the credit for this great job to the repiping job supervisor, Danny A, and to the site supervisor and my dedicated plumber, Edwin P. These men and their entire team treat us as family. The entire team are courteous, respectful and hard working. I fully recommend the company for any plumbing job. Over the years they've done many thousands of dollars of work for us."

"I called Team Rooter to repair a broken underground water line that had interrupted the water supply to both my swimming pool and my sprinkler system. They sent Edwin Alonzo, and I can confidently say that he exceeded every expectation. Edwin didn’t just repair the broken pipe but he took the time to investigate why the failure happened in the first place. As he carefully excavated the area without damaging anything, he discovered that the original plumbing installation had been done very poorly. The water lines were routed so inefficiently, and there was even an electrical wire buried alongside the plumbing without proper conduit. Instead of simply making the repair and leaving, Edwin took pride in doing the job the right way. He mapped out the entire system, identified which lines served the pool and which served the sprinkler system, traced the valve actuators, and reorganized everything into a much cleaner, more logical layout. He rerouted the plumbing, separated the electrical wiring from the water lines, repaired the sprinkler wiring, and installed a recessed utility valve box so everything is now easily accessible and professionally organized. What used to be an eyesore with exposed components is now clean, efficient, and looks like it should have from the beginning. What impressed me just as much was his professionalism and personality. Throughout the project, Alonzo explained every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and why. His technical knowledge is outstanding, and it was obvious that he genuinely cares about the quality of his work rather than just getting the job done. He was also incredibly clean and organized. He bagged the excavated dirt, secured the work area overnight for safety, thoroughly tested the system after completing the repairs, cleaned everything up spotless, and even finished the area with decorative gravel so it looked better than before he arrived. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service the way Edwin Alonzo does. Team Rooter has been an excellent company to work with, yet I say they’re fortunate to have Edwin. I will absolutely request Alonzo for any future plumbing work, and I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and highly skilled plumber. He ensured that everything was prepped properly including isolating the work areas. All work was completed in a professional and timely manner and, once completed, all areas were cleaned up. "Looking for a plumber? Well, stop looking. I’ve done the research for you. Team Rooter is my choice. Look, if you need a plumber, it’s usually not for a good reason. And it can be frustrating looking for a plumber you can trust. I needed a reliable company recently for two occasions. Team Rooter came through with flying colors. Once at my parents’ house for a clogged bathtub (clog was found deeper underneath the house) Justin was very thorough. He searched all the plumbing connections including all the sinks in the house and even in the kitchen. He then suited up and crawled into the shallow crawl space under the house. Found the issue, resolved the matter, and all the awhile kept himself and the house clean! Then another trip was at my condo for a busted water heater. Kevin and Edwin went above and beyond. They made quick work of the situation. They even did some drywall work that was damaged from the leak. I happened to have some extra drywall at home, but they did all the work. Great guys to talk to as well. Both times, Team Rooter came at odd times in the day and made my headache go away. If you’re looking for transparency, trust, reliable, professionalism, and competitive pricing, Team Rooter checks all the boxes. The three plumbers I had in my two occasions were amazing: Justin, Kevin, and Edwin are well spoken young men, well presented, and clean. Shook my hand, eye contact, and great personalities like true gentlemen. They gave me options and details before preforming the work. Ok what about the price? I’m not talking about some minimal budget handy work. And each situation is different. But in a tough situation like plumbing, I can’t put a price on quality. Especially quality that helps mitigate future problems. Plus, an experience that you can have confidence in. Peace of mind. That’s how I would price Team Rooter. Hats off to Team Rooter, their fleet, folks in the office, and management/ownership. Thanks for being there in tough times. I hope I don’t need to call them again anytime soon, but you know I will when the time comes."
