"I had a great experience with Elliot from Wiseway. Our Rinnai tankless water heater was giving us an error code 11 and not delivering any hot water. They are listed as an authorized service provider by the manufacturer and a locally based here in Torrance. I called them in the morning and they had availability to send a technician that same afternoon for a free estimate. Elliot, the company's senior technician arrived and explained that the error code was a common issue and that he would try a simple cleaning of the flame rods first which was likely to fix the problem. It took him about 15 minutes to do and as it turns out the rods were extremely dirty. He inspected the entire and unit and thoroughly explained how it worked and pointed out some areas of concern and made a few recommendations to fix some things that the original installer / builder did not do correctly. He was extremely respectful, careful with the equipment, and took his time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. When he made his recommendations, he was never pushy and never tried to "scare" me into saying yes to any services. He was really pleasant to talk to and when he was done, he didn't even charge me for the flame rod cleaning! He said just to consider them the next time we had plumbing needs. I really appreciated his service and was clearly very knowledgable about the plumbing system we had in our house."

"I called WiseWay Plumbing after 5pm on Tuesday, but they were still able to come and help me the first thing Wednesday morning. We had copious amounts of water coming up from between two slabs of concrete that had been poured next to the pool pump in 1977, and I feared a major excavation to repair this leak. Eduardo came early for analysis, and a little later Eric also came over with ‘copper pipe location equipment’ and found the old pipes that were leaking. They were able to turn off the water and remove the leaky pipe within an hour without damaging the concrete, and at a reasonable rate. WiseWays Plumbing were my heroes today."

"Amazing Plumbing company with incredibly knowledgeable plumbers. I contacted them to install a Moen Flo shut off valve on my main waterline.
